Covid has changed travel moving forward and we want you to book with confidence. We can’t predict the next pandemic or global situation that may disrupt everything which is why we will guarantee your spot with no additional fees on top of your program fee for the following season if we are unable to provide the program for reasons beyond our control.

Performance Guarantee: 

We know that your ski or snowboarding ability will be light years ahead of where you started the season. If after your last day of training you feel that you haven’t advanced to a level that you are happy with you will have additional group lesson days available to work on any skill set that you’d like. (2 days in total for 4 week programs, 5 days in total for 11 week programs). In order to qualify you must attend all training sessions during your program. We will assess on a case by case basis if you have only missed 1 or 2 days due to injury or sickness.
